At yesterdays FedWiki zoom Ward mentioned that there is an existing fedwiki crawler that provides a list of all known fedwiki servers.
We make available the search index as downloadable files in several formats including json objects designed for network graphing.
I pulled down the list of wikis 
and wrote a script that makes sure Federated Wiki Feeds includes all of them in the allfeeds.opml list.
