Continuing work on Federated Wiki Feeds and the Federated Wiki River.
Updated how caching works and even though I designed it to be backward compatible I noticed some stuff was being regenerated, in particular the allfeeds.opml 
subscription list.
One idea I had this morning was if I generated the river output from River5 as a fedwiki page. Then I could have a river, inside a fedwiki, and clicking on links would just add them to the lineup. This would solve the problem of outposts that have fedwiki json but no html pages.
